The Museum proudly opens the exhibit Heroines: Living Women Making a Difference in Our World by Judith Lepore-Schreiber on Saturday, January 7th, 2017. The exhibit features large mixed-media paintings of women who have made substantial contributions to their communities and world. The display also presents artworks from Ms. Lepore-Schreiber's Subway Series.
Judith Lepore-Schreiber describes her art as reflective of "the times and social conditions with a viewpoint that is inclusive and positive." She has exhibited her work in group and solo shows in the Metropolitan area. Her artwork has been featured on NJ Public Television.
Heroines will be on view through April 22nd 2017. The Museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from 1-4PM and by appointment.
